2. Services and Orders

• Aura Curtains provides made-to-measure curtains, blinds, upholstery, and related consultation and installation services in the UAE.
• All orders are subject to availability, accurate measurements, and confirmation by our team before production begins.
• Product images and descriptions on the website are for reference. Final fabrics, colours, and finishes are confirmed during consultation.

3. Consultations, Measurements, and Installation

• Free consultations and measurements may be offered subject to location and appointment availability.
• You are responsible for providing accurate access to the property and confirming measurements before order approval.
• Installation dates are scheduled in coordination with our team. Delays caused by site readiness or access issues may affect timelines.

4. Payments and Pricing

• Prices quoted are based on selected fabrics, dimensions, and service scope agreed at the time of order.
• Payment terms, deposits, and balances due will be communicated before production and must be settled as agreed.
• Aura Curtains reserves the right to update pricing for new enquiries. Confirmed orders remain at the agreed quoted price.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Warranty

• Made-to-measure products are produced specifically for your order and may not be eligible for return once production has started.
• Cancellations before production may be subject to consultation or measurement fees where applicable.
• Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects as outlined in your order confirmation and service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Aura Curtains is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, site conditions, or third-party factors outside our control.
• Our liability for any claim relating to our products or services is limited to the value of the relevant order, to the extent permitted by UAE law.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
